Purpose & Scope
This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through SalesforceMakesSense.com, including digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, e-books, templates) and any subscription-based services, if offered. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
This policy is written in a clear, generic style and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
1) Refunds
- Digital Products (Final Sale): Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed. For clarity, “accessed” includes any of the following: a download link was opened, the file was retrieved or saved, or course/account access to the digital content was granted.
- Subscription Services (If Applicable): Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid term.
2) Limited Exceptions
In limited situations, a refund or replacement may be considered at our discretion:
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access a purchased digital product due to a verified technical problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist with troubleshooting and, if unresolved, offer a refund or replacement.
- Accidental Duplicate Orders: If you purchased the same item more than once by mistake, inform us promptly. After verification, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be issued.
3) How to Request a Refund
Email salesforcemakessense@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number or proof of purchase (purchase confirmation / invoice)
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., technical error, duplicate order)
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. You will be notified by email when your request is resolved.
4) Cancellations & Renewals (Subscriptions, If Offered)
- You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Partial-period refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has started.
5) Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can assist. Unresolved disputes may be handled via your payment provider’s dispute process, but contacting us usually results in faster resolution.
6) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
